Shipping policy

Shipping fees are estimated. You may be required to top up the difference if the item is much larger and/or heavier than expected when the item arrives.

All arrivals are estimated and subject to delay, Chronicles Inc is not responsible for any delay in shipping. 

For Figurines, we will pack your pre order and get a quote from our shipping partner and send you the invoice together with an email notification. For PRE ORDER items, our shipping fees are estimated. You may be required to top up the shipping fees if the item is much larger/heavier than expected when it arrives. We will ship out your package once the balance payment and/or delivery fees has been paid.

If there is no payment or response made, a reminder email will be sent out 7 days after the first email. This reminder email will have the ultimatum imposed with another 3 days grace, once there is no response or payment made, we will deem that you do not want your kuji prizes or pre order items and will forfeit them.

Overseas PRE ORDER with multiple items:

1) Storage period is 30 days. Items arriving within this period will be shipped out together.

2) Additional Delivery Charge applies for items arriving after 30 days.

* Chronicles Inc's decision will be final in the event of any disputes. Chronicles Inc reserves the right to cancel any transactions for any items purchased at our store at our discretion.
