If you live on Earth, we ship to you! (Some items are restricted to certain regions and we reserve the rights to refund you if we are unable to send those items to you.)

Shipping fees are based on actual or volumetric weight of your order, whichever is higher. An estimate for the shipping fees is below. 

Too much trouble to scan through the charts? You can always add all the items you love in our store to the cart, and get an estimate shipping fee at the check out page. (You will not be charged until you made payment for the item. Please note Kuji order shipping fee will be emailed to you separately after your tickets are opened)

For Figurines, we will send out all pre ordered figurines once the balance payment and delivery have been paid.

For multiple PRE ORDER items in ONE order, additional delivery charges applies if your PRE ORDER arrives after 30 days from the 1st item. 

For Ichiban kuji prizes, delivery will automatically be done after 10 days from your first ichiban kuji order date. If you would like to hold the package as you would like to purchase more tickets, please inform us via our email (info@chroniclesinc.sg).

For Figurines, we will pack your pre order and get a quote from our shipping partner and send you the invoice together with an email notification. For PRE ORDER items, our shipping fees are estimated. You may be required to top up the shipping fees if the item is much larger/heavier than expected when it arrives. We will ship out your package once the balance payment and/or delivery fees has been paid.

For Ichiban kuji prizes, We will send you the invoice for overseas shipping fees 10 days after your first order together with an email notification. Please respond to our email if you wish to delay the payment with a valid reason. (eg. Want to buy more Ichiban Kuji tickets)

If there is no payment or response made, a reminder email will be sent out 7 days after the first email. This reminder email will have the ultimatum imposed with another 3 days grace, once there is no response or payment made, we will deem that you do not want your kuji prizes or pre order items and will forfeit them.

* Chronicles Inc's decision will be final in the event of any disputes.

Singapore Delivery Fees (Prices in SGD)

• Delivery within 7 working days upon dispatch
• Parcels above 2kg will be sent via courier
• All Kuji orders are flat shipping for Singapore addresses. Additional charges applies if consolidation exceed 1 box and/or over 5KG, just as no partial refunds will be given in the event that we combine multiple orders together.

Due to increased operation and logistics cost, an admin fee of S$10/order will be incurred for the following:

• Change from self-collection to mail delivery or vice versa at customer's request after order have been made. 
• Change of self-collection location at customer's request
• All unclaimed orders after 10 days will be disposed at our discretion. 

*All delivery / store collection conversion changes will require a min. 2 weeks processing time. 

Overseas Shipping - Registered International Airmail (up to 2 kg)

• Couriers we used, Registered International Standard Airmail, DHL, UPS or Fedex.
• Upon dispatch, delivery will take 1-3 weeks depending on your local Post Office. Delays to be expected during festive season (Christmas, New Year, etc)
• For registered international airmail, the dimensions of your package (Length + Breadth + Height) cannot exceed 90cm or weight 2kg.
• Parcels above 2kg will be quoted separately via email. We will ship using DHL Express or International Standard/Express Mail. 
• We are not responsible for your local Custom Tax. Please check directly with your local Custom on the taxes. 
• Live Kuji Order -  shipping fee will be emailed to you separately after your tickets are opened
