Singapore In Store Collection and Delivery

• All customers are to collect within 7 days when order arrives. You may let us know if you are unable to make it. 
• There is no consolidation or storage service unless we know your next item is arriving within your collection period.
• Balance amount and/or Delivery fees or Delivery top up has to be paid within 7 days.
  

If there is no payment or response made, a reminder will be sent out. This reminder email will have the ultimatum imposed with another 3 days grace. If there still no response or payment made, we will deem item unwanted and deposit will be forfeited.

Yes, we ship worldwide!

If you live on Earth, we ship to you! (Some items are restricted to certain regions and we reserve the rights to refund you if we are unable to send those items to you.)

ALL PRICES STATED ARE IN SGD.

Shipping fees are estimated. You may be required to top up the difference if the item is much larger and/or heavier than expected when the item arrives.

Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher.

All arrivals are estimated and subject to delay, Chronicles Inc is not responsible for any delay in shipping. 

Any Balance Payment and / or Shipping Top Up are required to be paid within 7 days from our 1st email. 

Overseas PRE ORDER with multiple items:

1) Storage period is 20 days. Items arriving within this period will be shipped out together.

2) Additional Delivery Charge applies for items arriving after 20 days.

Overseas Shipping will be processed every Wednesday or the next day if it falls on a Public Holiday.

For Figurines, we will send out all pre ordered figurines once the balance payment and delivery have been paid.

For Figurines, we will pack your pre order and get a quote from our shipping partner and send you the invoice together with an email notification. For PRE ORDER items, our shipping fees are estimated. You may be required to top up the shipping fees if the item is much larger/heavier than expected when it arrives. We will ship out your package once the balance payment and/or delivery fees has been paid.

Due to increased operation and logistics cost, an admin fee of S$10/order will be incurred for the following:

• Change from self-collection to mail delivery or vice versa at customer's request after order have been made. 
• Change of self-collection location at customer's request
• All unclaimed orders after 10 days will be disposed at our discretion. 

*All delivery / store collection conversion changes will require a min. 2 weeks processing time. 

Overseas Shipping - Registered International Airmail (up to 2 kg)

• Couriers we used, Registered International Standard Airmail, DHL, UPS or Fedex.
• Upon dispatch, delivery will take 1-3 weeks depending on your local Post Office. Delays to be expected during festive season (Christmas, New Year, etc)
• For registered international airmail, the dimensions of your package (Length + Breadth + Height) cannot exceed 90cm or weight 2kg.
• Parcels above 2kg will be quoted separately via email. We will ship using DHL, Fedex or International Standard/Express Mail. 
• We are not responsible for your local Custom Tax. Please check directly with your local Custom on the taxes. 
• To prevent any parcel theft or parcel lost in transit, we will use DHL or Fedex for high value items and / or huge items with insurance coverage.
