Delivery:

Local - S$5 for up to 5 KG. We will consolidate your orders before shipping. Additional charges apply if the package weight exceeds 5 KG.

Overseas - Shipping costs will be billed once your tickets have been drawn. A separate email will be sent to you within 3 working days.

STORAGE NOTICE (Local & Overseas):

We will contact you once your kuji prizes are ready for collection.

Our maximum storage period is 30 days.

All unclaimed kuji prizes will be forfeited after 30 days if we do not receive any response from you.

Storage extension will be at Chronicles Inc's own discretion.
