Delivery:

Local - S$5 for up to 5 KG. We will consolidate your orders before shipping. Additional charges apply if the package weight exceeds 5 KG.

Overseas - Shipping costs will be billed once your tickets have been drawn. A separate email will be sent to you within 3 working days.

For PRE ORDER items: Shipping fees are estimated. You may be required to top up the difference if the item is much larger and/or heavier than expected when the item arrives.

STORAGE NOTICE (Local & Overseas):

We will contact you once your kuji prizes are ready for collection.

Our maximum storage period is 10 days.

All unclaimed kuji prizes will be forfeited after 10 days if we do not receive any response from you.

Storage extension will be at Chronicles Inc's own discretion.
