The figure is based on a scene from the 4th episode, "A Dog's Heart", in which Karen wears an adorable dog cosplay outfit. Her cute dog ear headband, revealing separate top and bottom, long tail extending from her shorts and paw-shaped gloves have been faithfully captured in figure form.
